Using Transference rapidly results in an "Ability Not Ready" prompt and delay

Hi,

 I noticed this bug over a month ago, and rapidly using the 5th ability for Transference often results in an "Ability Not Ready" prompt and a delay of 15-20s before the button sequence regains functionality. This occurs with a variety of Warframes, weapon combinations and exclusions, and mission locations/types.

 This bug has never been an issue on the PC platform, so I would appreciate this discrepancy being looked into and solved, if possible.
