Baro's recently had the Axi V8 relic which has half of the Odonata and Volt Prime sets. The other half is supposedly available in the Neo O1 relic which Baro last had back in mid-2018. The issue: Warframe on Switch only released that November. The Neo O1 relic has never been available for native Switch players. It's possible this isn't a huge issue seeing as Volt's been out of the vault since then, but it seems like Volt is supposed to be available through Baro and he just isn't. The Neo O1 has never showed up since that Tennocon. Though the Axis only reappeared late last year, it's now repeated while the Neo is MIA.
