For example: When I am doing a sortie, I do not have time to load and someone from the squad starts the mission before my loading screen closes. Because of this, my interface disappears and I cannot launch ANY missions, because they simply do not exist and I have nowhere to click (the planets are simply displayed on the star map without ANY text). And I can't even press "ready" in the vote to launch a mission started by another tenno or the button "exit the squad" (because they are not displayed too) The only way I could find to get out of this bug is to re-enter the game (well, or if the squad was disbanded due to the host's exit, you can visit the arbiters hexis in the relay, and then the bug will pass).
