Exalted Blade Skin Can't Be Selected Independently From Excalibur's Skin

Excalibur seems to be the only Warframe that is unable to select whether they're using the base Exalted Blade skin, vs the deluxe version, out of any of the other Warframes with Exalted-like abilities. Baruuk and Valkyr's are just energy, and pseudo-exalteds like Khora's, Gara's, Ash's, etc, don't really count as they only appear briefly per ability cast, and Hildryn doesn't have a deluxe for us to know whether you'll do the same thing as with Excalibur or not. But aside from these examples, we have Garuda's claws (not exalted, I know), Ivara's Artemis Bow, Mesa's Peacemaker, Titania's arch-weapons, and Wukong's Iron Staff, which all allow you to select Warframe skin and their built-in weapon's skin independently of each other. Please also Excalibur to use his default Exalted Blade when using his Zato skin, or to use his Zato Exalted Blade skin when using other skins, as we're allowed to do with Wukong, Mesa, Titania, Ivara, and Garuda's exclusive weaponry.
