Shai: the manipulator of probability.

Shai is a psychic Warframe that uses his subconscious telepathic and telekinetic powers to manipulate probability around himself.

His abilities cost no energy but apply a debuff that reduces your accuracy by a certain amount for 6 seconds 

Accuracy for shai is a universal stat that determines how well he shoots any projectile

 

Passive: Shai emits a Probability field that has various effects around him. The field is within shai's affinity aura 

 there is a 10% chance for any active buff apllied to you to proc a second time, after it ends

The field also constantly gives you +50% extra accuracy to all your projectiles

 

First ability(Probability Bolt): cut 10% from your passive accuracy to direct a powerful probability disrupting force on a single target

Jinx bolt: Press to gradually increase the chances of enemies receiving critical hits with a 50% chance to red crit

Luck bolt: Hold to gradually decrease enemy accuracy with a 50% chance to ignore their projectiles completely.

Second ability(Domino): project a random energy that entagles enemies together in order, anything that happens to the first enemy will happen to the second enemy and so on. This ability costs 30% accuracy

Third ability(Charm): Partage your Probability aura with nearby orbs and ammo, charming them. This ability costs 50% accuracy

Health orbs will activate Jinx bolt of Probability bolt within enemy proximity and explode dealing 500 heat damage within 10 meters

Ammo will activate Luck bolt of probability bolt within enemy proximity and explode dealing 500 blast damage within 10 meters

And energy orbs will activate domino within enemy proximity and explode dealing 500 electric damage within 10 meters

Fourth ability(Fateweaver): Become the incarnation of fate enlarging your affinity aura by 50% and increasing your passive accuracy up to 500% and gain 90% chance for any active buff applied to you to reapply again after it ends

During the fateweaver form, the chances of all loot to drop from enemies and containers gradually increases overtime, with a 50% chance for double pick up

The fateweaver form consumes range from your affinity aura, and you'll go back to normal once your affinity aura disappears.
