When is WarFrame putting the game into the xbox side of PC so you can play the xbox verson account on PC?

I've been thinking since i spent alot of money on the xbox account WarFrame why wont  war frame just put the Xbox PC addition onto xbox side of PC so we wont have to start a new game all over again ? it really shouldnt be that hard since xbox and windows 10 both share the same format software etc
