Tactical Mods have restricted locations now

Yeah, I'm beginning to think they wanted to annoy as many people as they possibly could so they took the top 5 used battle/tactical mods and made them all the same slot, then toss the rest into a hat and randomly pulled out half to decide what goes where. Like, why the hell is Fire Suppression a "Super" when Breach Quanta is "Defense". Same thing in Battle, Particle Ram is Offensive, but Seeker Volley is Super. Doesn't make sense.

Most tactical mods don't feel very useful at all.

How about switching some of them to be like toggle battle stances instead? Or something, Death Blossom, Battle Stations and Flow Burn sound cool, but they are not worth even the effort of turning them on, because there is no need and because if there was a need the CD is way too much.

Breach Quanta, Intruder Stasis, Squad Renew, Fire Suppression and Battle Forge, can have uses, but high cooldown and mostly still unnecessary.

Form Up and Void Cloak could be useful, but cause a lot of disruption and also rarely needed.

Then there is slot restrictions..

This is probably related to enemy and player scaling and game flow, but perhaps its a bigger topic.
