UI interference by Magnetic proc not ending when Area change happens before Disruption normally ends

When affected by a magnetic proc that causes the User Interface elemeents (Minimap, writing, Ammo count, etc) to flicker and I do an area change (Railjack recall or leaving turret) the disruption doesn't end.
