How do I unlock Pluto? (Answered, thank you)

Now, I may be overlooking something, and if I am I will live with this fault. But, I'm a new player and I'm trying to unlock Saturn. All I need is to complete The New Strange, but I need Pluto. I genuinely cannot figure out the right path to choose in order to complete this quest, I keep getting dead ends. Like yeah Neptune would be obvious, but I need Saturn for Neptune. I can't unlock Eris without Pluto,  And I can't do Sedna from the Void, Neptune either... I'm so confused.

Ah my bad when I was trying to activate The New Strange quest it was directing me to Pluto, but now it is not, I don't know what happened \( :/ )/.  But thank you!
