Anomaly shards are not being awarded after finishing sentient anomaly mission

As the title shows. I don't know if its a "me" problem or a server side problem because i have missed out on like 20 of them now. Even opened a ticket but the support staff simply will not give me a clear answer as to why this is happening and wont even add the resources to my inventory even though i provided screenshots with chats from fellow squad mates saying they didn't recieve the shards as well. The shards are supposed to have a 100% drop rate after finishing the mission and are awarded to the whole squad regardless of location, so im not understanding why this is happening.
