I understand. I know Sevagoth isn't a pirate. He is a ghost-like coastguard on a "Flying Dutchman" style ship. Vala is the real pirate in a sense as she tried to destroy the Tempestarii for what happened to her in the past. Pirates were actually legal in history. The Queen of England commissioned British sailors to plunder and sink Spanish ships that were meant to blockade England.

Actually those would be mercenaries not pirates. And pirates were hanged by British law as it was deemed either petty treason or treason. So the queen commissioning british sailors to do something immediately absolves them from being a pirate.

I didn't like the way it appeared feels like that section was just shoved in there to show their song, remove it and the quest is pretty much the same thing but 3 minutes shorter.

If it played during the last part while you're saving the ship and rescuing Sevagoth then it would be better

Agreed. The song was actually distracting due to the fight going on with the Corpus, and couldn't really be enjoyed, imo. Would have been much better in a cinematic itself.

Also, the whole quest and setting were confusing. Are the "Sisters" being sung about the Corpus captain? She wasn't exactly a sympathetic character hunting down and trying to destroy the ship, and the Tenno along with it. The comparison to "We All Lift" is also baffling, as that is about the Solaris struggling to survive under the Corpus (and Nef Anyo especially) while facing brutal conditions.

Unless we're meant to be seeing a new Corpus faction splitting off, not exactly going to be cheering on the same folks who are deploying the giant spiders to destroy Fortuna. And if it IS a new faction, really needed to be made clearer in the backstory. Parvos -IS- the prime Corpus who rebelled against the Orokin, but who is clearly revered and followed (as we see on ALL the new Corpus ships and shrines when Protea was released).

The song is extremely cool. How it fits into the actual game and quest, not so much.
