uhm... i guess you mean you did not get the verification code, right? because your login to your mail accout has nothing to do here (or is DE also a mail provider these days? ^^)

anyway, if my guess is correct, you either made a typo in the account creation and the mail adress was incorrect OR, and that is more likely the case, your mail provider (or or own mailservers setting, if you are run your own server) is putting the mail into the spam-folder (many spam filter do this if there are links in the mail, which is exactly what those verification mails have). so check your spam folder, not only in your mail-client (if you use one and have a filter running there) but also in the spam-folder of your provider, for they might pre-filter all incomming mails (though they should inform you of mails being filtered out in this case). if nothing turns up, check the information in your warframe account about the mailadress you used and re-send the verification mail. if you use any silly mail-provider that per-se won't deliver such mails to you, create a new mail account for free with any free-mailer on the market (google would be the usual choice here but any other will do too... likely).
