I can't fuse a armor that doesn't reach its maximum [by thanslation]

As shown in the picture, I have a warship armor that has been fused to the maximum value, but the armor has not reached the maximum value. However, when I tried to fuse the two warship armor, the system prompted me that I can't fuse any more because my component value has reached the maximum value.

what? But the shield value of my warship armor has not reached the maximum value!

I think this should be a bug. After all, the shield value or armor value should be an integer (I don't know what the maximum value of Z armor is, maybe 4800 ship or 3000 armor?), Hope DE can fix this bug as soon as possible
