Unable to finish mission

So i was doing a Mobile Defense Mission (with the datamass). I took Mesa and only my primary weapon. I put datamass into terminal and proceed to kill enemies with Mesa's fourth ability. As i turned it off, my primary weapon disappeared. I couldn't use anything; abilities, weapon, transference and Gear items. So i just baited the enemy fire on me until the hacking was done. When it was done i thought that maybe if i pick the datamass it will fix me but as i was picking it up, at the same time enemies killed me. So i respawned and went to 2nd terminal but i couldn't use it couse datamass was missing. So i decided to report it here to let you guy fix it :)
