Try logging into the Site, if you login to the Site with the password you are using then its probably a bug with your account and you will have to contact support. If it doesnt login on the sight then its something you are typing wrong, try typing your password on a notepad to make sure you are writting correctly then past it on the login bar. Login informations are case sensitive so make sure you consider that should your keyboard have caps on or you added one or more capital letters.
