Sevagoth exalted shadow bugs

I have found after playing quite a bit of sevagoth that a fairly common bug happens and I'm not sure if its something on my side that's going on, but I have seen others with a similar issue. When you transfer over to his shadow form, and use embrace followed by a heavy attack that heavy attack will continue. However, returning to sevagoth and then back into the shadow will completely prevent ANY heavy attacks from happening, at first I thought something jank happened where my heavy attack key got unbound, but that wasn't the case. I have tried the normal button for heavy attacks to no avail. Another problem that I have found is that in shadow form, there are no animations for melee attacking while moving forward. I'd like to know if these are just problems on my end and how to fix them, or if anyone else has experienced these issues. (I cannot provide images for both problems since they would be hard to discern what is going on)
