Logically one would assume that Firestorm and Primed Firestorm would increase latch-range of secondary tentacles. But simulacrum test clearly shows that's not a case. Yeah, that's the case for lots of weapons, useless Mods being able to be equipped I mean. Would one, though? Why assume +Blast Radius increases Beam Range, not least when we have +Beam Range Mods?
