Items didn’t appear in inventory after trading

So I traded play to get a limbo set at the only things that appeared were the blueprint and chassis. When we were trading everything was there. When I pressed accept everything showed up before I finalized it, but I don’t have it. The guy doesn’t have any of the items anymore either. I restarted my game and it still didn’t show up. I don’t know what to do.

Don't trade anymore until you contact support and they are able to respond.

Happened to me once. But they appeared after i forced a loading screen.

If it doesn't fix that for you, then as everyone have suggested: immediately contact support.

 

People like you rightfully earned a support from DE, you paid with your hard earned platinums but didn't get what you paid for.

I just had an argument in another thread about using support because some rookie might've missed logging in last week, therefore he missed rhino dex skin, and somebody suggested to just use support so he can beg for the skin to DE.
