Can't use Sevagoth's 4 in Captura

Can't fill the Death Well.
Spawned a group of 3 level 175 guys,
used 1 and 2, killed them while they where effected by both,
repeated a few times, and still couldn't use his 4.

So, there is no infinite energy in Captura?

DE, Y U No make it so,
in Captura you have unlimited energy,
so you can use your powers to get cool shots.
