Administrator privileges required to set firewall rules.

I reinstaled warframe on steam and now when i try to start it i get a message saying "Administrator privileges required to set firewall rules." I tried deleting and istalling the game again and i gave it permision to run as administrator but it did not work .I also get the windows message "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device" i kilck on yes and i get the same issue. I could really use some help here.(i also tried to install the game from browser and i got the same results)

That message is from Windows. Reinstalling the game will do nothing and it is not a Warframe issue. I'm not sure if the support search from the main warframe site has more direct instructions for opening ports and adjusting the firewall there or not. Have a look.
