Black Screen After The Mission?

So I was playing Janus, Saturn a little while ago, and I had the strangest bug. The mission itself went fine, however, when me and my fellow Tenno exited the mission, there was the usual black screen before it loads the main map again. This time, the black screen stayed, and then I got the Revive or Forfeit message. I chose revive, and then realized from the still active game sounds that the mission was still running. I was Frost, so I activated my snow globe to prevent my death again. I hit the chat button, asked if the other players had the same problem, and indeed they did. So, we tried to exit the game. "Cannot exit the mission because the mission has been completed." I'm sorry? We ended up simply exiting the game entirely, and when I started the game again, it did show I finished the mission, and I got all the rewards from it anyway. No, my specs aren't to blame. (i7-3610QM, 2.3 GHz turbo to 3.2 GHz, quad-core with HT, nvidia 660M, OC'ed to boost at 1GHz, 2GB GDDR5, 8 GB DDR3)

Yep I have had the same issue as well during the event before, only fix I've found as well is to just exist the game and ESC and options don't work
