Name : Nokk

Gender : Male

Description : Fast, accurate, dangerous and sought after, Nokk is a criminal and mercenary who only needs a single shotgun to exterminate an army. Nokk is sought after in virtually the entire solar system, but his skills have allowed him to never be captured.

Hp : 100 (rank 30 : 300)

Speed : 1.25

Passive : For every meter of distance between Nokk and his enemy, the damage (both weapons and abilities) increases by 3%.

Ability 1 ( Headshot)

Pull out your hidden lever-action rifle from nowhere, and fire 6 shots in quick succession at enemies in your line of sight, always hitting, and with a 50% chance of hitting the head. By charging the skill you can increase the maximum range up to 150 meters, and you will fire 9 shots instead of 6 with a 100% chance of taking the head. (Critical Chance, Critical Damage, Status are the same as that of the primary weapon, and damage is affected by mods on the primary weapon)

Augument : Bullets fired pierce the enemies hit and deal an additional + 120% head damage.

Ability 2 (Dust cloak) (helminth ability)

Emit dust for a few seconds, which will remain stable in the air for some time, acting as a smoke screen through which enemies do not see, and which allows you and allies to dodge bullets while inside.

Dust duration : 20 seconds

Dodge % while inside the dust : 50% (stack with xaku's passive and ultimate)

Radius : 4.2 meters

Augument : Increases range by 1.2 meters, and enemies inside the dust are slowed by 45%

Ability 3 (Deadeye)

Activate an advanced tracking system, which takes advantage of any source of noise, heat, and tracks of all kinds, to track enemies with the utmost accuracy, highlighting them through walls. Highlighted enemies will take additional damage from your weapons and abilities.

Duration : 17 seconds

Radius : 35 meters

Bonus damage : 200%

Augument : All non-explosive firearms gain + 15 punch througth

Synergy (deadeye + headshot) : When Deadeye is active, Headshot will have a 100% chance to hit the head even when not charged, and will be able to hit highlighted enemies through walls, with a 35% chance of dealing a lethal blow, which will inflict 1,200% of the Headshot overall damage.

Ability 4 (Wanted)

They found you, or so they believe. Enemies receive a communication with orders to capture you, dead or alive, so you'll have to rely on all your agility and evasion skills to show them that your fame has been honestly earned.

Duration : 25 seconds

Buffs : + 40% movement speed | + 50% jump height | + 200% weapon swap speed | + 50% reload speed

For each kill : +2% evasion | -2% armor and shield to all enemy in an unlimited range (this buffs will stack, and after the ability end, will decay with 15%/s)

Augument : Killing enemies while this ability is active regenerates 0.7 seconds of its duration.
