It has been difficult for me to get them to drop and every one I have cracked has not yielded her blueprint. Perhaps add it to another relic before she is vaulted. I don't have that unlocked yet. I had a bunch come out from the Deimos survival. But then they suddenly stopped dropping for me. (working on both Octavias at once).
