I think you're asking how to use arch-guns in open worlds while in archwing, just like you can use arch-guns underwater on Uranus?

Simply you can't, you can only use arch-guns with arch-wing when in water, in archwing missions or in railjack missions.

You can also use arch-guns on foot if you install a gravi-mag on it (you get a gravi-mag when you play 3rd bounty from little duck the first time), also gravi-mag requires a catalyst on the weapon too.

Arch-guns are also used on mechs (from Necralisk on Deimos, the Necroloid "faction").

heck, while you're at it, I wouldn't mind wielding my Normal Primary/Secondary in Archwing while in Railjack.

a lot of them outperform 'heavy weapons'.

 

basically, just make all weapons universal
