Weapons Damage Bug

[Heishin]

The base damage of my weapons was decreased more than have than its original base damage like my SOME when you buy it its base damage was 10 then in my arsenal it was 2 and I also tried it to use and the result is low damage to all faction and not just a primary weapon is bug but also the secondary plus the melee weapon all was low damage than the original base damage and even though I buy a new weapon still the damage was low....

Kindly fix my problem please my IGN is "Heishin"

You were probably wearing the Extinguished? key. Check your gear and make sure you've removed all the penalty keys
