Kuva Lich time cosumption reduction

With the coming 3 new kuva weapons,now we have 19.When we go to capture farm a lich with the weapon we want,it may takes hours,even longer than defeat the lich later.And this is very common among us.The main part should be defeat it,not to find it.And because of this,I advise divide weapons,a certain level area,like 25-35,only have about 5 weapons,and if you want something else,you can go to different level area.Or you can just divide by planets.Saturn,Uranus,Sedna.Make those powerful weapons divided,such as kohm,bramma,nukor,don't let them together.Give a balanced set of weapons,then everyone can get the weapon he want easily,that will save much time.

This is a pretty reasonable solution to this issue. 

The pre-lich grind is pretty tedious and unnessesary.

This kind of reminds me of how the void keys were split into relics as the pool of primes ever increased. I'd get behind this for sure.
