Emblems get dimmed when I switch windows between game and any other app

When I reset brightness the clan emblem is appearing normally

When I switch tabs the emblem almost disappears, becomes too transparent

 

but it gets fixed when I reset the brightness, as Steve Sinclair sir has told in his twitter post way back last year, about the getting rid of some 2008 era rendering engine? idk what it is called, but ever since they changed that thing, the bug is existing. The bug happens when I switch screens again. pls look into it

I hope the image stays visible
