It's exceedingly rare that two points of interest are outside Mach Rush range, and when they are, there's several options for recharging his reserves. I'm not saying speed is useless (in fact, all of my favourite frames have some form of speed boosting capability). My point is that DE aren't going to add a frame that can keep it up indefinitely.
