DISCONNECTION: Squad cohesion post-mission is variable

Did sortie 1 yesterday with one Alliance mate (AM) and 2 randoms in public. Post mission, squad completely disconnected.

Reinvited AM for the rest. I dont recall if we got joiners for s2 or s3, but it was still public yet AM was not disconnected for the remainder.

Post-S1, there wasn't even notice that members were leaving. What gives?
