Warframes that can go invisible, Iike Loki, Ivara, or Octavia, makes things very easy. However, if you know the shortcuts, you may not need a stealth frame at all!

Here's a guide I found on YouTube that shows you how to easily complete each vault with Loki or a non-stealth Warframe:

Forget frame, just get the Undetectable parazon mod and you'll never have to worry about spy missions ever.

I think the letter format is caused when you copy from Google Translator.

Ivara with Infiltrate mod is my go to. Even that is no substitute for learning the map layouts.

I dont play in Kuva Fortress often, which trips me up when I need to do spy there for a sortie.

Is warframe translated to your language?

My best advice would be to learn english and just watch the abundant video guides / read tips & tricks about the game. Or find warframe communities in your language that shares similar stuff.

Ivara with her Infiltrate augment

or Wukong with Cloud Walker

both allow you to walk through laser detectors

 

probably best to start with Ivara since complete invisibility lets you take your time and learn the puzzles

while wukong is for speed rushing them once you know them all
