If your frame falls off the map while in operator form in index, the game dies.

This bug has been in the game for at least over a year and a half. As the title says, it happens when your frame falls off of the map while you're in operator mode. You are invincible and can still pick up points and slide, but you can't shoot, jump, go back into your warframe, or even try to press ESC and leave the mission. This ends up happening probably like 1/6 I'm playing Umbra on Index and always during the 2nd round :) 

Please fix this, I'd just like some credits.
