I bought Prime access on the wrong account will a refund/transfer to the right account be possible

I wanted to buy Gara prime for my gf so i logged in with her account and bought it but the little window it opens on steam was connected to my account and i didnt notice

I already made a ticket i just wanted to know if the correction is doable or im getting my hopes up for nothing?

I would also add make sure no platinum is spent, no items are used etc. until you can get the confirmation. Since support will say no if you spent any platinum or used anything that may have come with the pack.
