[Suggestion] Mastered Weapons as Transfiguration Skins Idea

This is a really simple idea. When you mastered a weapon to rank 30 (40 paracesis - kuva weapons) you unlock the base design of that weapon to use as a skin for every weapon of the same type.

With this we can play our favorite weapons or combine his look with the Warframes.

I'd sooner expect this for weapon variants, like the Cernos Prime with a Rakta Cernos skin, rather than every class of weapon having every weapon skin made available.
