Orthos prime vs Guandao prime vs Kronen prime.

Whats the best weapon from the title, including the stance and overall use?

Standard CO viral/heat build.

The Kronen is built the same with Sovereign Outcasts forced procs. While Gemini does more base damage on paper, Outcast's proc rate is batS#&$ and a giant chunk of them are slash. With Inaros Ash Loki or Nova the weapon basically erases everything but phase bosses.

All of them work well currently if you mod them properly. It comes down to which one feels right for you. Kronen Prime May be great but I never really used it. 
PS melees soon will be nerfed, again.

Actually, even on paper Gemini does around 26-30% less direct damage, SO (much like BJ or FH) plain just has significantly above average multipliers on non-static block attacks.

Gemini tends to get more head collision.

Kronen prime with sovereign outcast should easily do significantly more damage than orthos or guandao prime, simply due to forced slash procs from the stance.

In this current state.... All Of Them... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

No seriously.... The Melee Rework has effectively brought all melee Weapon Types roughly up to the same level in every Factor including Range now that Primed Reach just Adds +3 Meyers to all weapons.... Meaning your Tiny Tonfas and long Pole Arms hit Everything at roughly the same distance.
