I had the idea that quake could maybe made better by allowing its damage type to be changed based on energy color, that way you could keep the weak blast for a soft cc or change it to a damage type that does something more relevant ! while we are talking changes, simply add a Push-and-hold mechanic on sonic boom to propel banshee forwards instead of pushing enemies down, this will synergize with silence. sonar is fine. silence add "Push" to expand the range "press again to set" with maybe press-and-hold for max, because this ability needs range control depending on what you want to use it for! and setting its range via mods is not optimal !
