100% CPU Usage on login screen, loading into mission and loading into orbiter

Since last update my CPU spikes to 100% only on the above mentioned points. I've never had any issue like this before and my CPU usually sits around 30% usage. I haven't changed anything on my PC or Warframe since the previous update and I can't find any fixes online that have worked.
