Refine relic using game controller in squad with fissure mission vote will incorrectly force start mission.

1. Be in squad with 2 or more players.
2. Have other player put up the mission vote for any void fissure.
3. Press vote yes button. Relic selection show up.
4. Choose intact relic.
5. With game controller, press R3 / right analog stick. Select flawless or radiant.
6. With game controller, press Square on Dualshock, X on xbox. This is the button to refine a relic.

Expected: mission vote doesn't start yet. No checkmark on you, yet.

Actual results: Mission vote show checkmark on you. Who force started the mission vote? Hurry up or it will start with no relic equipped.
