Broken glaive/dual wield melees?

I came back to game and the glaive melees are complete mess now. Im having hard time just do a simple tiny tap-melee attack with them. Every time I tap melee, it either starts a charge attack animation that gets interrupted -since I dont push the button for that long- or it does a throwing attack, me stuck in a useless attack animation.

I mean WTH happened??!!

I just want to stand in one place quick melee 2-3 times and thats it! This is so hard to do now, its very frustrating. Can we get a fix please? Probably not but please?
