Lua music puzzle's annoying spawn rate...

Hello, first of all i'm kinda sorry for the title. But this is killing me... So basically i've been trying to farm regular octavia lately, because i finally got interested in this warframe. I had neuroptics and system from 2-3 years ago so i crafted them. But when i currently have to get the chassis and OH. BOY. do i hate it. I guess i am bad with rng but at this point... So basically i've been doing lua mission for like 45 times. Spending quite some time looking into each rooms one by one. I had fun before but it ain't fun no more. I'm getting hella bored of spending hours for nothing... Saddest thing is i've gotten litterally every tests but the one i am seeking... 

So please, if you know anotherway to get it... Tell me. I've avoided defense and survival, because people advised other to. My go to was capture, rescue, extermination and spy.

 If you have any advice, tell me. It's getting boring...

the best mission to run is the capture and keep doing what you doing. you r other option is just outright buy octavia from the market. also 45 runs is nothing in my experience.  Also grind fests like this i like to play agressive Pvp music. it just helps imo.

That tile has a high chance to spawn in the main route of the Exterminate node (almost always during sorties). So don't look at all the rooms, just do the mission like normal.

And make sure you know what the tile looks like.

Don't farm it.

 

"Guaranteed drop after x runs" is one of the biggest lie in warframe wiki. With how rng works in the game, it can hold an item even though you've done the mission 100 times, but on the other side at luck valley all it take is 1 run for the item to drop.

Most if the time, best way to farm an item is to don't farm it.

Make it a daily goal. Find and solve 1 or 2 music puzzle a day, then forget it and move on to the next thing you want to do. One day you will eventually find it. remember: all it take is 1 lucky run, not 100 runs a day.

A lot of veterans have suggested this for many stuff. It might take a little longer if you're unlucky, but you'll get to keep your sanity. Some farms in warframe are just too brutal.

Actual advice: don't look for the room. Just speedrun exterminate with a nuker, if you didn't pass it, it's probably not there. Finish it quick and start another mission.

Again, it might sound counterintuitive at first, but it's faster and much more healthier than draining your mental energy to scour the whole map every runs.

Problem is you want it bad, I find just doing the missions on Lua, Capture or Exterminate it just appears, I see it a lot when doing those missions.

The harder you want it, the harder the RNG will make it not happen.
