You should probably log a support ticket at https://digitalextremes.zendesk.com. Forums probably won't be able to do much for you.

If you purchased Plat yourself and it disappeared then it's definitely a serious issue, but if it was traded to you by another player, it may have been Plat purchased with a stolen card. Either way, logging the job will either return your missing Plat, or let DE know about a scammer so that they can ban them or whatever.

How did you get said 450 Plat? Traded item for it? Gifted by some Random?

If it's a gift, then you should have had a message left if you didn't delete it. If you saved it, just screen it and send it to support. If you got this through trading, then it could be black platinum and the moderators could have removed it. I always screen my big transactions because of this.
