Sorry for bad english :( I went to Sanctuary Onslaugth to farm the khora, after the 8. round we got the khora system and I accidentally went in for the 9. round alone. It was easy to survive and I went out after the 9. round was finished, then when Im looking in the foundry for the system it's not there, not in my inventory I look at the last mission rewards its not there too.
