Can't access my 2FA anymore because my step-dad removed the autheticator for it

So my phone was wiped clean, and now, I have no way to access 2FA for Warframe anymore, so I can't login anymore, how do I change/disable 2FA?

And, plz don't respond with "This might be a hacker" because it's not true, I genuinely want to disable it and re-enable it so I can set it to email only...

It's been ages since I enabled it and I failed to find an option to change it to another 2FA service/program, so I might not know what I'm talking about.

Are you sure you aren't still receiving the 2FA codes in the E-Mail attached to your Warframe account? Did you check your spam folder?
