Bizarre Start Of Round Spawn Bug

Somewhere around the last few patches DE, you managed to royally screw up the spawn system for the start of the match.  Quite often now, sometimes at least once a day, out of a group of three one of us will spawn in the wrong place.  I'm talking in a Derelict in the middle of *all* of the enemies wrong.  I got almost all of the kills that round because I had to deal with all of them, there was literally no where to run to, and by the time my teammates got to me they were all dead.

 

Yesterday my friend managed to get stuck spawning in the bottom of a defense map and promptly fell out of the map.  That one was an in the middle of the mission join, rather than a proper round start spawn, because his game had already crashed on that run and he had to restart and rejoin.
