Cannot update the games

I cannot update the games on my PS4.

 

please help

some standard silly questions first:-

 

Have you got an active PSN Plus sub?

Is your PSN area offline? (use Test Connection in Network Settings to find out)

Is your router not connecting to the Internet? (Test Connection again)

If it is, have you rebooted both Router and PS4?

Has PS4 got incorrect connection to Internet? (set up for Ethernet/ USB but not plugged cable into console or set for WiFi but router has had WiFi switch turned off)

Has Sony sent you a System Update you have not installed?

If all the above check out, try to update Warframe by:- Selecting App, press Options, press X on Check for Updates. If you see "Go [Downloads]" the game is being updated. Let her finish installing update. Run Warframe again and check what "Checking for updates..." is doing as this is DE's server checking your install is a-OK. If all passes and you still can't get into the game, return to menu with PS Button- Options on Warframe then Delete. It uninstalls the game but not your saves, if unsure upload save to Sony before uninstalling. Once uninstalled, turn off PS4 then after five minutes, turn her back on and try reinstalling Warframe .

 

If issue persists, contact both Sony and DE Support

Just to add another silly question to this.

Do you have enough storage on your PS4 for the updates?

PSN already activated. 
Warframe application already downloaded. 
my storage is 40GB free

my connection is works normally.

okay so Warframe has updated fully on the launcher when you start the app or that's the issue you're having?
