I thought maybe it was because of reinstalling the game that my antivirus was blocking some ports, but I re-created the rules and everything works the same as before, but the chat still can't load. It's a bit annoying because it makes me unable to trade with anyone. Yesterday everything worked as it should, only today I had this error. EDIT: Ok - now work perfectly.
