Server network issue, being stuck at "Please wait", 400+ ping warning. When is this going to be fixed ?

Friendlist doesn't even load, some folks keep getting 400+ ping when they try to join their friend's lobby.

Hotfix 30.0.3 did fix this then 30.0.4 reverted it. People have been suffering this issue for over 2 months since 30.0.4.
