can't use forma

Question

"Reconfiguration couldn't be completed. your acc has not been charged."

so what is that mean/ is it some bug or what?

i found the message when use forma for my octavia p

i search for this problem and they say just relog ur game. But when i relogin, my forma disappear and my octavia still in rank 30 with no further difference from beginning. TWICE.

i'm at a loss what to do. is someone experiencing the same thing?

i just want to forma-ing my octavia to 7 :)

pls let me know what i must do

After contacting the support they fixed it:


This bug even migrated with my account to the switch and I had to open a ticket with that account, too.
But the support fixed it again.

That's gotta suck, it followed. :awe:

Click on: Arsenal & Inventory

Under Subject* Provide a brief description of your issue, as an example. 'Cannot apply a Forma on Equipment'

Under Description* explain what happened.

Under Category* select Polarization & Reactor/Catalyst (I think that's the best one)

I'd say it's DE's end their code has a brainfart so it takes the cautious route and gives you that message, it's easier to just back out of the whole arsenal and go back into it and redo the Forma, you haven't lost anything, it just means it didn't work try again.

Might be but I've had this happen a few times and my connection is rock solid, one of the fastest in Australia for an ancient HFC infrastructure.
