Yareli passive not working correctly, certain buffs not affecting Yareli when on Merulina.

Yareli passive does not add the new 200% unless you are the host.

Buffs like Wisp's Reservoirs, Energizing Dash do not affect Yareli unless she dismounts Merulina Energizing Dash will appear on the HUD but will not regen any energy.

Another thing to add to this is the new Galvanized Crosshairs does not work when riding Merulina the second you dismount they mod works correctly.

Can confirm this is a bug.
The buff is showing visually in the top right, but you don't get the actual critical chance buff if you are NOT the host.
