Sister Candidate not spawning after meeting the necessary criteria

A bug that I keep encountering and can replicate. if I enter the Granum Void using a golden hand somewhere near extraction, the Candidate won't spawn. Not sure if this is related, but it also happens after I complete the mission objective and go into the Granum Void afterwards.

August and this is still happening on switch regardless of how far i am from extraction

Just happened to me, completed objective and only hand I found was beside extraction. I am on pc
