arcane revives not archwing?

I have noticed that I have a different amount of arcane revive on archwing vs when In warframe, just wondering firstly is it intentional and secondly if it is what the reasoning behind it?

Archwings have never benefitted from arcanes, right?

Any arcanes equipped on your warframe will still apply and trigger while in archwing, although I've never noticed that about the arcane revives. My understanding is that arcane revives should still work in archwing. Maybe it's a bug?

I managed to hit my omni tool right before dying, it litrally went from hold X to revive (4) to (6) when I teleported downed into the railjack

this is what I was thinking too, I don't get why archwing would have a separate revive count mechanic, seems like it would just be punishing you for being on archwing for no reason ?
